How to Contact and Book

To schedule your West Texas Hunt or to chat about our hunting opportunities please call me directly (915) 328-0645 Mike McKinny. If I do not answer, please leave me a short message. I am often out on a hunt so please allow a couple days for a response. You can also email me at elpasohunter@gmail.com. I am the outfitter; you will deal only with me personally when booking any of our hunts.

To reserve a hunt, a 25% to 50% deposit is due upfront, and I will only hold the hunt for 1 week without a deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable. We are flexible and can set up a payment plan that would meet your needs. W.T.H.O. accepts cashier’s check, all major credit or debit cards, money order, Zelle, PayPal, wire transfer or personal check will be accepted as a deposit. Credit card payments will be subject to a 5% processing fee. PayPal 3% fee, Zelle no Fee.

* All Hunts must be paid in full 30 days prior to your hunt date. *

A ROL & Hunt Contract must also be filled out and sent back in with your deposit. Confirmation of receiving will be sent. If you are booking a date further in advance the price is subject to change to compensate for increased economic & lease costs.

Detailed specifics such as directions, gear list, meeting location and time, maps, guide contact info, balance reminder, etc. will all be sent 1 month to 6 weeks prior to your hunt.

Airport pick-up is available POR. A Non-Hunting Guest fee on guided hunts is $150-$250 per day (depending on which ranch) per guest and this fee will also cover meals.
